Ralph considers himself a native Atlantan, having settled in Atlanta in 1974. He was born in Stamford, Connecticut, and graduated from Quinnipiac University in New Haven, Connecticut, with a business degree. Ralph’s career, and love for real estate, began at Homequity, Inc., founder of the relocation industry. As a regional director for Homequity, Inc., Ralph was responsible for marketing real estate inventory throughout the Southeast.
Ralph’s continued successes in relocation led him to serve as Executive Vice President for Merrill Lynch Relocation Management in White Plains, New York. Prior to assuming control of Merrill Lynch Relocation’s Corporate Headquarters, Ralph served as a Regional V.P. for the Southeastern region and was responsible for the nationwide recruiting and training practices of sales teams with territories across the U.S. and the U.K.
In 1986, Ralph expanded his expertise in real estate by founding Cosentino & Associates, a residential real estate appraisal firm serving the ten county Metropolitan area of Atlanta, Georgia. Ralph is intimately involved in all aspects of both Cosentino & Associates and Berry Realty Company. As an associate broker, his experience in the relocation industry with major corporate clients, combined with his expert knowledge of the appraisal business, allow him to contribute significantly to the growth and management of Berry Realty Company as a whole. Ralph has continued to conquer the challenges of real estate consulting and sales, and has been awarded annually, recipient in the prestigious Million Dollar Club.
